Are you ready for a change? Are you open to transformation? Does the prospect of Vision Quest interest or possibly even scare you?
If so, Vision Quest may be for you.
What to expect...
The Vision Quest is an ancient rite of passage used for thousands of years by indigenous cultures and mystical societies around the world for spiritual growth and transformation. The core of the tradition passed along to us consists of four days and four nights immersed in the beauty and healing energy of nature, alone in a quest circle with no distractions, fasting from all things familiar. One comes face-to-face with oneself, and gets to know more on a deeper level who one really is and what one’s life purpose and mission may be. With all distractions and the noisy chatter of daily life silenced and removed, one is able to hear more clearly the whisperings of the soul reminding you why you came into this life.
Four days and four nights – just you alone with the Creator.
Through the Vision Quest you may find a greater sense of joy that comes from creating a life that has meaning when you realize your unique gifts and begin to live them and share them in the world at large. You will also be able to find the gifts and power in what you have perceived as your weaknesses, obstacles or shadow. Why is the Vision Quest still used to this day?
Because it works, and it works powerfully!
We are passing along the Vision Quest teachings of Lipan Apache elder and shaman Stalking Wolf (although this is not a Lipan Apache quest). The program is eight days. Prior to the quest itself we will help you to prepare for this life changing experience and we will provide the structure and support you will need. We will also provide security and protection from outside interruptions.
Following the quest itself, we will give you the tools to help you process and understand the gifts and insights you have received, so that your spiritual growth can be integrated into your daily life.

What you will need...
The Vision Quest is a challenging and powerful opportunity for growth, regardless of your age, background, station in life or belief system. It is free of any dogma or religious affiliation. The only requirement is a commitment to yourself, your spiritual growth and a willingness to be transformed.
Prior outdoor experience is not required, and past participants in this rite of passage have ranged in age from 15 – 82 years. Please contact us to discuss any questions or concerns you may have, including those of a personal, dietary or medical nature.
You will need camping equipment for the base camp during the days (prior and following) that you are not questing. Location and a full equipment list will be included in your acceptance letter. We provide all meals during the four days you are not questing, and we provide all bottled water used during the quest.

Your Facilitators
Robert Pickering and Domenic Massa met each other while questing together in 2014 on a Vision Quest run by Chuck Stratton and Sandy Masse of Heron Walk Healing Center. Both called to explore questing more deeply, they studied and apprenticed with Chuck and Sandy for four years before being asked to take over from their mentors and run this quest in southern Ontario on their own.
